Become Fidelity Approved

Fidelity National Title only uses “Fidelity Approved” Notaries or Subcontractors of a “Fidelity Approved Company” (which @SigningAgents is).

Any notary that we use must be in their database as an approved notary or subcontractor.  

If you would like to be added to receive these orders, the FNF Subcontractor Package must be completed and returned to us (NOT FIDELITY).  If you do not get added, you will continue receiving orders from us, just not Fidelity orders.

In addition, they have two specific requirements that must be met as well:

1. You must have a Background Check done through the NNA or through Fidelity’s provider (see attached packet)

2. You must have $100,000 in E&O Insurance.
